Movement Routine


Week 12 is your final week of the spinal corrective care process. You have arrived, and soon will be looking at your "new" spine 🙂


Lastly, we are strengthening the mid-low back and core for maximum lumbar stability. Remember, you're only as strong as your weakest link in regards to your core. It is your power and stability center. Keep it strong!
