Movement Routine


So we’ve mobilized, stretched and lengthened the tissues…now it’s time to strengthen! Reason being, if we don’t get the muscles and ligaments nice and strong around the new structures we’ve created, the bones will eventually end up back where we started. The neck responds well to consistent reminders, so doing these daily and listening to the feedback that your body is giving you will take your progress to the next level.
