Movement Routine


Week 8 and Re-exam #2 has either been completed or on the

horizon.


This week we’re introducing the back-bender which is strategically in place to open up the disc spaces in the low back for the structural changes we are making. Some of you may have been introduced to this in week 4.


Either way, at this point in your care your spinal structure should be in flux. You should be feeling and moving better overall.
